Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting our customer service e-mail: Support@ImmortalWorkshop.com.
Cancellation requests MUST be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed and before the item(s) have shipped. For preorder Cancellations, see the Preorder Policy below.
Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 5% cancellation fee. This includes all items that are currently in-stock, and all pre-order items. If your order is cancelled by us for any reason without your request, you will NOT be charged the 5% cancellation fee.
If you are found to be using 3rd party software and/or bots to place orders on our website, or abusing order limits by creating multiple accounts, your order may be immediately cancelled and if so will be charged the full 5% cancellation fee.

PREORDERS
All Pre-Order products will be shipped on or before the release date unless otherwise noted.
If your order consists of in stock items or other Pre-Order items that release on a different day, the order will NOT be shipped until ALL items are in stock.
Pre-Ordered products are available to cancel (5% fee may apply, please see "Cancellation Policy") from the time the order is placed, until the order with our distributors are due. This cancellation fee is to cover finance charges that are not reimbursed to us in the event of refunds.
